- Having soup fills you up faster, and you feel fuller, longer too!
- Just drinking plain water while eating solid food, doesn't help much contrary to popular belief! Do u know juz blending your chicken sandwhich up and mixing with water and drinking, is more effective for weight maintenence! :O
